Today I continue my ode to all things fig by featuring my favorite fig-scented beauty and home products! I’m a huge fan of this pretty scent; it’s fruity, green, earthy, and all-around beautiful. It always feels a bit elevated to me compared to most fruity fragrances.
As I was planning this post, I realized I already had a TON of fig-scented products in my house. Everything featured today is something that I already own and use regularly; I didn’t have to buy one thing for this article! Below are my thoughts on each one of these beautifully-scented fig products that will elevate any home décor or shower ritual.
Beekman 1802 Fig Leaf Hand & Body Wash

I love the Beekman boys and their fabulous products that promote healthy skin and kindness. I’m a long-time fan of their hand and body wash combo, which comes in a ton of different fragrances. Vanilla Absolute remains my top favorite scent of theirs but this one is also well-loved. It’s a beautiful, deep, ambery-fig fragrance that’s perfect for this early autumn time of the year.
One small thing to note: this soap has a smooth, gel-like feel that’s great but tends to cause it to gum up a little bit in the dispenser over time/using. It creates a little gelatinous glob that plugs up the pump from time to time. It’s not a huge deal (many pump soaps do this) but just something to be aware of as it can make it messy when you go to push the pump and the soap gushes out around the little gel plug. Just be sure to clear out that little plug and it’s smooth sailing.

Who says a facial cleanser can’t both smell great and really work?? This little miracle product is a favorite of mine and a staple in my shower. I mainly use it to wash off eye makeup and it works like an absolute charm while smelling wonderful. The opening smell as I pump it out of the bottle is SO GOOD, pure honey and fig. As I apply it with a sponge, that initial light, sweet-ish scent fades to a more ‘clay mask’ smelling scent but it’s still clean and pleasant. The product works great to remove my eye makeup and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It’s a winner in my book!

You guys have seen me rave about Bastide’s lush scents before and they continue to be a favorite fragrance house of mine. They have mastered the art of the summer citrus freshie but they have a few fragrances that are perfect for this time of the year, too: Ambre Maquis, Figue Amour, and my very favorite fragrance of theirs, Figue D’Ete. This elevated fig scent is absolutely gorgeous. Chock full of every part of the fig tree, it’s earthy, green, fruity, and sophisticated.
This is the hand wash I always bring out when guests are coming over. Everyone always asks me about it and comments on how beautiful it smells. The body wash has a light lather and leaves skin feeling truly squeaky clean. And the hand cream is rich, luxe, and leaves dry hands feeling amazingly moisturized. I cannot recommend this beautiful fragrance and these high-quality products enough, the entire line is wonderful.

Diptyque Figuier Scented Oval
This cool little find is one of my favorite around-the-house items. Think of it as a luxury sachet that you can scent a drawer or linen closet with. I use mine in my linen closet and it keeps everything smelling so fresh and beautiful. Also, this product is SUPER long-lasting! I purchased mine in the beginning of May 2021 and it’s still going strong a year and a half later!
