And just like that, we’re deep into autumn! We’re minutes away from Halloween with Thanksgiving breathing down our necks; how does it all go by so quickly??? Well, at least my household sinks are prepared this year with several fall-scented soaps! Today, I’m reviewing some of my favorite woodsy-smelling ones for you.

Read on to discover some of the best woodsy fall hand soaps. These soaps will remind you of exploring woodland forests and jumping into piles of autumnal leaves!
Aēsop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash
- Notes: mandarin rind, rosemary leaf, cedar atlas

A standard of luxury soap, you’re likely already familiar with Aēsop’s popular Resurrection Aromatique hand wash. This famous soap is often featured in magazine spreads and luxury home listings. A fresh and clean combo of woodsy, herbal, and citrus notes, this soap is highly versatile and unisex. Although this lovely hand wash is excellent for year-round use, the woodsy cedar note gives it a ‘magical forest’ vibe that is perfect for fall. Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Fall Leaves
- Notes: woodsy notes, earthy notes, crunchy leaves, fall air

This seasonal offering from Mrs. Meyer’s is very earthy and woodsy. I definitely get the crunchy fall leaves vibe they are going for here. It leans masculine and might remind you a bit of woodsy aftershave. I highly recommend this one for a bachelor pad or bathroom primarily used by men and/or those who love traditionally masculine scents.

Bonus: Mrs. Meyer’s offers an entire collection of rotating seasonal soaps and other household cleaning products. Acorn Spice is another huge fall fave of mine!

Bath & Body Works Sweet Sandalwood
- Notes: creamy vanilla, sugarcane, rich sandalwood

If you’re a sandalwood lover, you’ll definitely want to give this one a sniff! It’s very heavy on the sandalwood with sweet, earthy sugarcane in the supporting role. There’s a slightly honeyed impression here, as well. If you find yourself drawn to perfumes with lots of sandalwood and sugary vanilla, this will be your dream soap!

Bath & Body Works Mahogany Coconut
- Notes: creamy coconut, mahogany woods, lavender

With the prominent coconut note and bright packaging, this soap is technically marketed towards summertime but I think the woodsiness also makes it perfect for fall! The combo of aromatic lavender with the mahogany leans this one decidedly masculine and ‘aftershavey’ in feel, similar to the aforementioned Fall Leaves. In fact, in our household, we keep this one in the bathroom used primarily by my husband. I could easily see this combination of notes being perfect for a man’s fougere fragrance.

HONORABLE MENTION:
Bath & Body Works White Oak & Vanilla
- Notes: sweet vanilla crème, white oak, warm amber

This one is definitely in strong contention for my favorite of the bunch! It combines a freshly-cut wood impression with a clean, sweet vanilla to create one of my favorite accords ever. If you favor clean, woodsy vanilla scents like Ellis Brooklyn Après, you’ll probably love this! Sadly, it seems to be trickier to find this year, so for now, I’m listing it as an honorable mention.

That wraps up my woodsy fall hand soaps list! Please let me know in the comments if you’ve tried any of these scents or if you plan on trying any of them. I always love to hear your thoughts! Happy autumn, everyone! 🎃🍂🪵🍁🧣
