I love me a good, old-fashioned Bath & Body Works stock-up! Their everyday 4-for-$20 and 6-for-$26 deals on their hand soaps make it so easy and affordable to try out a bunch of different scents and pick a few new faves. And for the past year, it’s felt as though I’m washing my hands every few minutes and therefore zipping through my soap at a fairly rapid pace. B&BW has some really fabulous scents available right now and I wanted to share my latest haul for anyone who may be curious about these particular scents.
Vanilla Cloud
This is my top favorite scent of theirs right now and I’m crossing my fingers that this will become one of their staples. I love it so much, I bought a few extras. I’m sure I’m not the only one to fall in love with a B&BW scent, only to find out it’s a special seasonal one that once sold out, I’ll never see again. I’ve learned that if I love something from there, I’d better stock up on it just in case! Vanilla Cloud is a lovely combo of whipped vanilla, apple blossom, and sandalwood and they really got the ratios of each one of those elements correct with this. It’s mostly a light, sweet vanilla with just the slightest kiss of sandalwood to keep it from being overly boring or sugared-coated. It’s a sophisticated scent that smells way more expensive than a ‘just a B&BW scent.’
Another thing I love about this one is the packaging. The light, swirled marble veining look is so elegant and appears equally stylish in my bathroom or kitchen, both of which currently sport marble accessories.

Pink Petal Tea Cake
If you love the scent of delicate roses, this is going to be your jam! This is a very posh, ladylike scent reminiscent of a dainty teatime gathering.
The notes are pink rose petals, pound cake, and vanilla glaze but my sniffer really only detected the rose. It is a lovely scent, though, and perfect for anyone who appreciates the dainty aroma of freshly-cut roses.

Blueberry Glazed Donut
Now, to get to some sweets! B&BW always has a few offerings that smell good enough to eat and I’m going to share three of them here and now. First up is the yummy Blueberry Glazed Donut. I ordered this one with some trepidation that it might be too over-the-top sickly sweet in a sugary kids’ candy kind of way but it actually smells exactly like a blueberry donut!
This scent is seriously making me want to take a little jaunt over to my favorite neighborhood doughnut shoppe right now! This is a yummy blend of blueberry glaze, fresh-baked donut, and sprinkles.
Note: updated for 2022, B&BW seems to have changed the name to just ‘Blueberry Donut.’

Sprinkled Donut
While we’re on the subject of donuts, why not try a Sprinkled Donut, too? I mean, seriously, how could anyone turn down the heavenly aroma of buttercream, milk, and sweet vanilla?
This is just as yummy as its blueberry cousin and comes in adorable Easter/springtime packaging featuring a bunny.

Coconut Cream Pie
Here is another one that has recently become a favorite of mine, their yummy Coconut Cream Pie. I first discovered this scent trying it out in the form of a small shea butter hand cream (see my previous post for my favorite hand creams for super dry skin) and quickly fell in love. I have since bought the larger tube of ultra shea body cream, the shower gel, and this hand soap.
With notes of toasted coconut flakes, caramel custard, and golden pie crust, this one is downright scrumptious! It’s amazing how accurate the burnt caramel smell is, it’s really reminiscent of crème brûlée to me.

Fiji White Sands
And now for a touch of summer! I don’t think I’m alone in feeling excited anticipation for warmer weather and finally being able to have some more outdoor gatherings with family and friends. So naturally, I couldn’t resist looking ahead a little and snatching up a couple of more summer-centered fragrances.
B&BW has a long history of getting it right with their summer scents and so far, this year’s offerings do not disappoint! I can’t overstate how much I love this irresistible mix of white sands, vanilla orchid, and warm amber. It is just. So. Good. The scent lingers in the room where you’ve used it and turns it into your own personal tropical paradise. Highly recommend!

Waikiki Beach Coconut
Another thing B&BW consistently gets right is their coconut scents. I probably have at least 20 different B&BW shower gels in my current stash that list coconut as one of the notes. They’re honestly all different and all fabulous!
This is a very unique coconut scent that combines dragon fruit, water bamboo, and coconut jasmine. It’s tropical and wonderful and perfect.
